Sakthi Electrical Control (SEC) has appointed its Strategic Alliance Partner, Sakthi Enterprises (SE) as Licensed Service Provider for its Power Conditioning business. SES is entrusted with the responsibility of meeting all of SEC’s Customer service needs during and after the Warranty period. Several committed senior professionals who were employed with SEC in important positions are now key members of SEC. SEC has a wide Service network for providing after sales service for Servo Stabilizer and other power conditioners. The salient features of our service support are as follows.

 

 

• Unambiguous One-year ‘No-Questions-Asked’ onsite warranty.
• Committed Service response time to breakdowns Within 6 working hours in service centre towns Within 16 working hours in any other location in South India and Maharashtra.
• Focus on Preventive Maintenance (PM) to eliminate breakdown, improve productivity and extend service life of Stabilizers.
• PM during warranty and through Maintenance contracts after warranty period. PM can be scheduled during plant shutdowns or Sundays or Public holidays to avoid loss of production. The following Service Schemes are available for post warranty maintenance.
• Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Service Contract (AMC): No-questions-asked Service; includes all costs of service (all spares & service charges), periodic preventive maintenance and allotted priority in attending to service calls. AMC enables customers to have prompt, hassle-free and predictable service arrangement for their Stabilizers.
• Preventive Maintenance plan (SPM): Includes all costs of service, spares except specified power components - Variac, Buck boost transformer, Contractor and Change over switch. Periodic Preventive Maintenance undertaken and allotted priority in attending to service calls.
• Preventive Maintenance plan (PMP): Only periodic Preventive Maintenance is undertaken in this plan. Spares and service charges for break down calls will be charged extra.
• On-Call service: For fault repair - Service charges & spares cost payable on completion of call. 30 days guarantee for service charge is offered under this scheme for repeat failure.
• Upgrading obsolete models of Sakthi Stabilizers: Conversion of old model Stabilizers with DC motor drive to AC motor drive, replacement of control circuit with new design to increase the life period of Stabilizers. (Call us: +9190421 07007)
